25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish a New Project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Arizona State Parks has requested FY26 funding from State Parks Roads Subprogram to perform work on its roads. Work includes repaving; replacing areas showing structural failures, areas of large cracks and the areas showing uneven displacement; surface sealing, crack sealing, and striping. Locations include Picacho Peak and Homolovi State Parks. Some of the funds may also be used for Catalina Wash crossing project at Catalina State Park if the project needs additional funds.
