25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish New Project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This request is to establish a design project to make improvements to nine locations along I-10. The improvements include upgrading the asphaltic concrete road surface and making ramps ADA compliant. The intent is to turn back the cross streets to the City of Phoenix after construction. Staff: $126k Consultant: $580k ICAP: $44k
