| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Reconfigure SR80 from Erie St. to Queen Mine Tour from four lanes to 3 lanes (1 travel lane in each direction and a two-way center turn lane). Install median to separate the travel lanes. Construct retaining wall adjacent to Main St. from the Queen Mine Tour entrance to the SR 80 Main St. underpass. Widen SR 80 Main St. underpass. Construct box culvert west of the existing box culvert bridge to serve as bicycle and pedestrian undercrossing. Staff: $30K |
