Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will construct intersection improvements at State Route 80 and Davis Road to improve sight distance and accommodate heavy truck traffic. These intersection improvements were identified in the Final Project Assessment for Davis Road: State Route 80 to Central Highway (SZ050), dated August 2016. Consultant: $82k Staff: $389k ICAP: $29k
