| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The Final Scoping Letter was issued in October 2023. The first phase of this project F068401C is currently under construction and consists of milling and replacing pavement and new pavement markings on the southbound travel and passing lanes and the northbound travel lane. This project is funded by Legislative Capital Outlay Appropriation and there is adequate funding remaining from the first phase to complete milling and replacing pavement and new pavement markings on the northbound passing lane. The project name is requested to be Morristown to Wickenburg; NB Passing Lane. The project is scheduled to advertise in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. ICAP is included in this request. |
