| Establish a new project. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The project will improve safety of this rail-highway crossing by installing railroad safety upgrades at the existing Copper Basin Railway (CBRY) crossing (DOT 742-407P) on SR79 in Pinal County. Railroad upgrades include installing LED lights. CBRY will complete the construction work. Staff will perform oversight, coordination, and clearances. ICAP is included in this request. Staff - $30k |
