| The DCR and EA for the project corridor (I-10 and State Route 210 Study) have been completed. A Finding of No Significant Impact was issued on August 6, 2020. The project is programmed for construction in the PAG TIP in FY 2023. Country Club TI is PAG TIP ID 74.07. Kino TI is PAG TIP ID 39.13. Due to these TI`s being 1 mile apart, they will be constructed using a Design-Build delivery method as one project. The scope from Kino TI will be added to Country Club TI and the project name changed to: "Country Club Rd and Kino Pkwy TIs". Consultant: $3M Staff: $600k ICAP: $400k |

| This action will defer the project to FY26 and align the 5-year program with TIP rebalancing efforts, contingent upon approval by PAG regional council on May 26, 2021. Design funding for this project will be programmed for FY 2026 in the upcoming TIP amendment. There is no corresponding construction project in the program. Contingent upon PPAC Approval, this will be included in the FY22 - FY26 Five Year Program. |
