| The I-11 Tier 1 Study between Nogales and Wickenburg was completed in 2021. House Bill 2858 allocated funds for an I-11 Tier 2 (DCR/NEPA) study between 1-10 and US 93. Consultant - $22M Staff - $500K ICAP - $2.5M |
