| This project is under procurement now and is underfunded. AZ State Legislature approved $15M for the entire North South corridor and $3M is being applied to this project. Pinal County also contributed to this project. |

| Establish a new project |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is a Tier 2 (DCR 15pct+ NEPA Doc) Study to follow the recently completed North South Corridor Study Tier 1 project. The anticipated project limits are US 60 and Arizona Farm Road (app. 22 miles). The State Legislature approved funds for FY22. Pinal County has given a verbal commitment to contribute 1M in the future. There is no route and milepost since the highway does not exist. ICAP is included |
