| The construction cost estimate done by the consultant came significantly higher than the budget. In consultation with the city and TSMO we reached the conclusion to reduce the length of the project to 1.26 miles to stay below the budget and use solar lighting which is city`s preference instead of traditional lighting. Change Project name to: "BULLHEAD CITY PARKWAY: Silver Creek Rd - Laredo Dr." |
