| Change Project Scope and Increase Design budget |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The scope to add left turn lanes at four intersections on SR 64 to this project will be considered. The four intersections are Shell Station (MP 194.07), Pronghorn Ranch (MP 189.6), Barbara Rd/Sunset Strip (MP 190.5), and Tall Tree St/Joshua Tree Rd (MP 191.2). All four locations will require evaluating the proposed turn lanes during design. Location three and four will require individual assessment. The Sunset Strip location will require evaluating the proximity of two identified turn lane locations. The Tall Tree St/Joshua Tree Rd location work will only be pursued if no new right-of-way is required. Staff $316K ICAP $34K |

| This is a pavement rehabilitation project on SR64. The work includes a Concrete bridge barrier replacement, Bridge deck seal (Str. 2735), and a Reinforced Concrete Box (RCB) replacement (Str. 4179). The Bridge subprogram (76225) will fund Red Lake Wash RCB replacement (Str.4179) for construction. Consultant $90K Staff $361K ICAP $48K |
