| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is for the final design and environmental documentation of a new traffic interchange at 155th Avenue and SR 303L along with the connecting arterial roadways (Pinnacle Peak Rd, 155th Avenue between SR 303L and Happy Valley Road, and McMicken Way). The traffic interchange location was determined in the SR 303L Traffic Interchange Analysis Final Project Assessment completed in June 2025. Funding for the project is by Legislative Capital Outlay Appropriation and 100pct RARF. MAG satisfied the legislative requirement of $900K from a local agency with its $3.631M contribution. MAG performed a cash-flow analysis and confirmed the use of Prop 400 funds for this project (MAG TIP DOT26-514D). Consultant: $5,000K Staff: $1,721K ICAP: $410k |
