Establish Right of Way Subphase
26. JUSTIFICATION
Funding is needed for the acquisition of right of way and temporary construction easements (TCEs) for new northbound mainline, driveway reconstruction, pipe culvert installation, drainage ditch side slopes, and intersection improvements as outlined in the Final Design Concept Report approved in September 2006. A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was approved by the Federal Highway Administration on April 18, 2005. R/W Acquisition: $43,558k ICAP: $3,442k
