| Costs for BNSF Railway to complete the Advanced Preemption construction work have increased due to price increases in the construction market. The original scope of work has not changed and this work is eligible for the Section 130 program. ICAP is included. Funding is the 90/10 cost split. |

Costs for the ADOT controllers and materials to communicate with the railroad signal are higher due to market price escalations.
