Change Password for AZ MVD Now
- Click Sign in.
- Click on I forgot my password link.
- Type the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send verification code.
An email with a verification code will be sent to the provided email account.
- Type the verification code in the Verification Code field.
- Click Send new code, if one is not received in through email
- Click Verify code.
The Password Reset screen will update to confirm the code has been verified and allow the customer to optionally change their email address.
- Using the Change e-mail option does not allow the customer to change their email for their AZ MVD Now account. This only returns you back to the Password Reset page (Step 3)
- Click Continue.
- An Authentication screen will display with the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for your account. Click Send Code or Call Me.
- Type the verification code received.
- Click Verify Code.
- Type the New Password twice.
- You can click the eye icon to show or hide password
- Click Continue.
