Change Password for AZ MVD Now

1. Click Sign in.

2. Click on I forgot my password link.

3. Type the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Send verification code.

An email with a verification code will be sent to the provided email account.

5. Type the verification code in the Verification Code field.

• Click Send new code, if one is not received in through email

6. Click Verify code.

The Password Reset screen will update to confirm the code has been verified and allow the customer to optionally change their email address.

• Using the Change e-mail option does not allow the customer to change their email for their AZ MVD Now account. This only returns you back to the Password Reset page (Step 3)

7. Click Continue.

8. An Authentication screen will display with the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file for your account. Click Send Code or Call Me.

9. Type the verification code received.
10. Click Verify Code.

11. Type the New Password twice.

• You can click the eye icon to show or hide password

12. Click Continue.
