The proposed project is located in Coconino County along Brewer Road in the City of Sedona. The proposed work consists of removing existing concrete sidewalk and driveways and constructing new concrete sidewalk, driveways, and decomposed granite paths. The work also includes installing drainage improvements, sidewalk ramps, retaining walls, metal handrail, scuppers, fence, curb, curb and gutter, signs, pavement markings, utility adjustments and relocations, and other related work.
