The proposed project is located in Yavapai County on southbound I-17 at milepost 251. The work will include the rehabilitation of existing site features including restroom and vending buildings, ramadas, the sundial monument, parking lot pavement, pavement marking and signage, sidewalks and curbs, landscaping, and the water and wastewater systems. Site improvements will be made to include the required ADA compliance upgrades.
