The proposed Design-Build project work is located at five Ports of Entry (POE): Ehrenberg, San Simon, Topock, Sanders, and Parker. The POEs are located on Interstate 10, Interstate 40 and State Route 95, within La Paz, Cochise, Apache, and Mohave Counties. The project will install truck monitoring and screening systems on the inbound direction at all five POEs. The project will also install new weigh in motion (WIM) systems on the inbound direction at the Parker POE and on the outbound direction at the four interstate POEs. No WIM systems will be installed on the outbound direction at Parker.
